New to our schedule in Term 4 is our CK STRENGTH & CONDITIONING @combineair.theshire 💪🏽

Suitable for boys and girls aged between 12 & 16 who are wanting to take their performance to the next level. Sessions will include a combination of strength & conditioning components with a focus on efficient and safe lifting technique to help improve athletic performance and reduce the risk of injury!

When: 3.45pm - 4.30pm Wednesday’s of Term 4 (Starting 16th of October)
